Maureen Landucci

Maureen is the Founder and Owner of Platinum Home Care and leads the team with hands-on guidance, integrity, and deep accountability. She founded the company after more than twenty years in the healthcare field, including work as a Primary Care Paramedic and Personal Care Aide. Through both her professional experience and supporting her own family through mobility challenges and end-of-life journeys, she saw firsthand how fragmented and impersonal healthcare can be. Platinum Home Care was created to restore autonomy, dignity, and humanity to the care experience.

Her strong faith in God shapes the culture of Platinum Home Care, grounding the company in respect, compassion, and the inherent value of every life. She is deeply committed to delivering honest, high-quality care in a largely unregulated private sector where families are often met with false promises. Maureen leads families through complex decisions helping them navigate mobility equipment, local resources, and the healthcare system so they never feel alone and always have a trusted team beside them.

On a personal note: Maureen is a devoted wife and mother of four, raising her family in South Delta. She is an exceptional home cook and finds deep joy in bringing people together especially around large Sunday family dinners where food, conversation, and connection take center stage. She loves skiing and the mountains of British Columbia, enjoys traveling locally, and is passionate about supporting Indigenous tourism.

“I built this company with one belief: seniors in our community deserve more. More respect, more personalized care, more consistency, and more dignity. Platinum Home Care isn’t just a service it’s my promise to families that their loved ones will be cared for with heart, excellence, and fierce dedication.”

Sol Rodriguez

Co-Owner of Platinum Home Care, a care aide, Certified Death Doula, and End-of-Life Specialist. Her compassion, leadership, and creativity provide steady support to both clients and care aides, ensuring our values are reflected in every family we serve. Trained in dementia care, she has a strong connection with clients living with cognitive decline and brings a calm presence, light-hearted humor, and positive energy into the home. She is a dedicated advocate and thoughtful problem-solver for seniors who wish to remain at home.

On a personal note: Sol is originally from Venezuela, and Canada has been her home for the past 21 years. She lives in Tsawwassen with her family and enjoys camping throughout British Columbia. She values quiet moments in her hammock and a good cup of coffee, finding balance and grounding in simple, intentional routines.

“I provide a new approach that supports the entire family by addressing the practical and physical needs during end of life alongside the emotional and spiritual needs. When we allow ourselves to face the dying process with openness, we create space for healing, understanding, and even moments of joy. The person transitioning can feel peace, and the family can have clarity and purpose. The experience becomes less about fear and more about love, presence, and meaning.”

Our Team

Our caregivers bring experience, skill, and a calm, compassionate presence into every home. They provide thoughtful, respectful support across companionship, dementia care, mobility assistance, recovery support, and end-of-life care always guided by patience, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to consistency of care, so families can rely on familiar, trusted faces.

Behind every caregiver is a carefully structured system of support. Platinum Home Care is built on a rigorously selected team of professionals, supported by hands-on leadership and ongoing oversight. Each caregiver completes a thorough hiring process, including criminal record checks, reference verification, and personality screening, to ensure safety, reliability, and a strong fit for in-home senior care.

What Our Clients Are Saying

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maureen for more than six years, and my life has improved in so many ways. She has helped me in my home with my daily living needs, my regular exercise routines, trips to appointments, and so much more. When I needed surgery, Maureen was there through the entire process working within the system to make sure I got the treatment I needed. She is reliable, good natured and dedicated to my health care.

Mr. Gregory F.

South Delta, BC

Maureen and Sol and their Platinum Home Care staff provided exceptional home care for my 93 year old father, Paul Feduik, who faced multiple health issues, including two types of cancer and dementia. They were flexible in increasing care hours as his health declined and offered compassionate Palliative Home Hospice care, allowing him to stay at home until he passed away. Their support made them feel like part of our family, and I still consider them as such.

J. Feduik and the Litke & Johnston family

South Delta, BC

Over a year ago my wife reached a stage in her dementia where we required help to manage her personal needs, including medicine , occasional meals plus the usual supervision and supply of activities. We were fortunate to be introduced to Maureen Landucci. While we enjoyed the confidence from Maureen’s experience, we did not factor in that she would be willing to add as necessary and that she was able to attend to the family as a whole. We also developed a sense of trust which is essential in working together at this sensitive stage of life. If this recommendation sounds overstated, the service our family.
