Platinum Home Care is co-owned by Maureen Landucci and Sol Rodriguez, two local advocates with deep roots in caregiving, palliative support, and community work. This is especially helpful during long waits, overnight stays, or post-surgery recovery. This service is ideal for families who cannot always be at the bedside and want peace of mind knowing their loved one is not alone.
Medication & Medical Support
Yes. Unlike most agencies that only offer medication reminders, we are fully trained and insured to administer medications safely. Our caregivers follow strict, meticulous protocols and do not require pre-packaged blisters or bubble packs. We can work directly with your existing system.
We take medication safety seriously. Our care team follows a clear process that includes confirming doses, timing, and client conditions. We document everything and communicate with families as needed. You can trust that nothing is missed.
Yes. Our trained caregivers can check blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and even assist with needs like feeding tube care or oxygen support. We are experienced in working with all types of mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, wheel chairs and walkers.
Absolutely! We provide transportation to appointments and can assist with communication, notes, and follow-up care instructions. We are also happy to coordinate with healthcare providers to keep everyone on the same page.

Pricing & Scheduling
Our rates vary depending on the type of care, and complexity of your needs. We will discuss all pricing transparently during your complimentary home consultation, no pressure, no surprises. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes. Our minimum is either two days per week (two hours per visit), or one day per week for at least three hours. This ensures consistent, quality care and helps us build trust and routines with your loved one.
We usually can begin services within a few days of your consultation, depending on your care needs and schedule. Our goal is always to respond quickly and thoughtfully, without compromising the caregiver fit.
We start by ensuring that all of our care aides are fully trained and experienced in the areas of care your loved one needs. From there, we go a step further. We consider availability, consistency, and just as importantly personality and personal fit. We take the time to understand each family’s routines, preferences, and dynamics so we can thoughtfully match a caregiver who feels comfortable, respectful, and genuinely aligned with the household. Our goal is for care to feel natural, not forced.
