Live your best life from the comfort of your own home!

Maureen Landucci

Our Owner:

Maureen Landucci started Platinum Home Care after working in the healthcare industry for over twenty years, including as a primary care paramedic and personal care aide, and supported her own family through mobility difficulties and end-of-life journeys. She wanted to bring autonomy and humanity back to healthcare. Maureen’s faith in God is what drives the company culture of respect and value in life. She has an absolute passion for providing excellent healthcare and services to seniors in a province where care aide services are not regulated, and a private industry full of false promises. She helps navigate mobility equipment, local resources, and the health system so families have a team as part of their support system. On a personal note; Maureen is a wife and mother of four, raising her family here in South Delta. She loves skiing and the BC mountains. Her favorite thing to do is travel locally, participate in Indigenous tourism, and eat great food!

"I built this company with one belief: seniors in our community deserve more. More respect, more personalized care, more consistency, and more dignity. Platinum Home Care isn’t just a service—it’s my promise to families that their loved ones will be cared for with heart, excellence, and fierce dedication."

Client Relations:

Sol Rodriguez is a care aide, Certified Death Doula and End-of-Life Specialist. Her compassion and leadership skills provide support to our care aides and ensure our values are met with every family we serve. She helps clients and their families walk through difficult journeys with respect and comfort, especially near the end of life. She is a fierce advocate and creative problem solver for seniors that want to stay at home. On a personal note: Sol and her family live in Tsawwassen and enjoy having home stay students to enrich their lives. They go camping all throughout the year in BC and Sol loves the outdoors and relaxing in her hammock.

"I provide a new approach in South Delta that supports the entire familiy by addressing the practical and physical needs during end of life alongside the emotional and spiritual needs. When we allow ourselves to face the dying process with openness, we create space for healing, understanding, and even moments of joy. Death is not just an ending. The person transitioning can feel peace, and the family can have clarity and purpose. The experience becomes less about fear and more about love, presence, and meaning."

Our Team:

Platinum Home Care consists of a small group of women dedicated to their profession and to community support. They are hand-selected and personally trained by the owner. Along with the experience they arrive with, each aide is Platinum trained in communication, mobility assistance, and senior care. They are also committed to ongoing education throughout their employment.
